Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General
We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Here’s how we do it.
2. Shipping
All orders that we receive before 12:00 AM on a business day of the goods that are in stock will be packed & shipped the same day. If possible we will also ship all orders that are ordered before 17:00. This depends on the availability of the pick-up service of our carrier.
We give an indication of the stock position on our website.
3. Delivery
Delivery of your order is free in Belgium & The Netherlands. Please contact us about the shipment costs for other countries. We use Sendcloud to decide which carrier we use for delivery. For most small orders we use Bpost. You can follow your order via track & trace. Our carriers deliver 95% of their parcels the next business day after shipment.
For large orders we will contact you to make an appointment for delivery.
You can also pick up your order at our office in Antwerp by appointment. Call 03/260.90.61 for an appointment.
4. Stock
We give an indication of the stock position on our website. Our goal is to have a permanent stock of at least 50.000 self tests.
5. Returns
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne entirely by the customer.
